Legendary wrestler, Rowdy Roddy Piper has died aged 61

Legendary 80’s and 90’s wrestler, Rowdy Roddy Piper has died aged 61.

Piper was found dead Friday evening (Irish time) in his Hollywood home after having a heart attack in his sleep. He was 61-years-old.

Just last week, the “Scottish Wrestler”, who actually came from Canada, voiced his support for Hulk Hogan in his controversial firing from the WWE.

Roddy, real name Roderick Toombs is a former Intercontinental Champion, beating Bret “The Hitman” Hart in their hay-day. He’s also a recent Hall of Famer.

Rowdy Roddy Piper is survived by his wife and 4 children.
