Steven Avery’s lawyer, Dean Strang, has spoken in defence of Ray D’Arcy following his interview on The Ray D’Arcy Show last weekend.
Strang has spoken in D’Arcy’s defence and insists that “I’ve done worse interviews in the US”.
The lawyer for Making a Murderer subject Steven Avery flew to Dublin last weekend to be interviewed by D’Arcy about the case. Unfortunately for D’Arcy, viewers deemed it “embarrassing”, with one tweet insisting that “Brendan Dassey could have done a better job”.
Strang has come out in D’Arcy’s defence.
“I enjoyed it well,” he said.
“And his interview was fine by the standards applicable to US media. I am accustomed to much worse. He and his crew treated me really well.”
