Police in the North have arrested a 23 year old man in connection with the death of an infant last September.
According to RTÉ News the, the man will has appeared before a court charged with the murder of the three year old on the 17th September.
The man’s arrest comes after the body of the boy was found at a property in the Bogside area of the city.
Meanwhile a 24 year old who was arrested in connection with the incident has since been released.
Police say they are currently preparing a file for the Director of public prosecutions
