A man in his 50s tragically lost his life today, after falling overboard at Dublin Port this morning.
It is understood that the man fell from his boat as he was trying to reach a pier at the facility just after 4.30am.
He was pulled from the water and taken to the Mater Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
