Gardai are reporting that a man is in hospital this afternoon after an ‘incident’ at a housing estate in north Dublin.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, reportedly sustained serious neck injuries during the incident, which happened near the Ballymun area.
No arrests have been made yet.
