Retailer Marks & Spencer is likely to close 100 stores within four years, as part of its re-structuring program.
The move may put thousands of jobs at risk.
The retailer has already closed 21 stores as part of that figure, and will close 14 more before the end of this year.
Marks & Spencer’s decline is part of an overall downward trend of the high street, as online shopping slowly replaces traditional footfall on the shops.
