Speaking at last night’s Sinn Fein Ard Fheis, the relatively newly elected leader of the party, Mary Lou McDonald claims the party has its eyes set on Northern Ireland.
After received a negative reaction the last time she used the term “tiocfaidh ar la”, McDonald decided instead to say “the North is next” which was met with negative reaction from Northern Unionists online.
One said:
“No surrender to Adams, no surrender to McDonald”.
While another said that McDonald will have more than she bargained for if she decides to take on Northern Unionists.
