The recent measles outbreak in Dublin is spreading, with cases now detected in Meath, prompting the HSE to issue a health warning.
It is understood that 17 people have contracted the disease in recent months.
The outbreak was originally localised in north Dublin, but new cases have now popped up elsewhere.
