In a bid to save her new coalition government from falling apart after just a few weeks German chancellor Angela Merkel has caved to the demands the pro-open borders, mass migration partners.
Merkel’s decision in 2015 to allows millions of Muslim migrants to enter Germany has been directly linked to terrorist atrocities as well as an epidemic of anti-social behaviour of a violent and sexual nature.
However, recent pressure from the German people are her own colleagues in the Christian Democratic Union Party have led her to abandon her open borders experiment.
Now in light of her party’s abysmal performance in last years general elections she is forced to once again U-turn on her decision in order to gain the support of the Social Democrat Party, who advocated unlimited migration and open borders as well as a fully federalised EU.
This is in a bid to counter the nationalist Alternative for Deutschland Party who rocketed from general obscurity to the third largest party in the national parament last year.
