It may be the end of July, but summer is nowhere in sight.
The national broadcaster has issued a nationwide rainfall warning, which will remain in effect until 3pm today.
Up to 35mm of rain are expected to fall in many areas over the next few hours.
The rain is brought about by a very active weather system that pushed its way over the country late yesterday evening. Conditions are set to remain fairly poor for the rest of the day at least.
