We are in for a very wet evening tonight, as Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow warning affecting seven counties ahead of a spell of heavy rain.
The warning, which comes into effect at 4pm and will remain in place until 4am, includes the whole of Munster and Galway.
Up to 40mm of rain may fall, which may lead to localized flooding.
