Metropolitan Police say Dolores O’Riordan’s death is not being treated as suspicious 




Police in London have confirmed today that they are not treating the death of Irish music star Dolores O’Riordan as suspicious.

The confirmation comes after the Metropolitan Police said on Monday evening that The Cranberries singer’s could not be explained.

However earlier today a spokesperson for the Metropolitan police said that Ms O’Riordan did not die in suspicious circumstances.

O’Riordan aged 46, was sadly found dead at a hotel on London’s Park Lane on Monday morning.

She was due to attend a recording session with the Rock band Bad Wolves who were scheduled to perform a cover of The Cranberries hit Zombie.

In a brief statement released on Monday evening the said they were shocked and devastated by the news of Ms O’Riordan’s passing.
