Minister for Health Simon Harris is hoping bill gets passed for abortion on demand up to 3 months

The Minister for Health Simon Harris has practically pleaded with his fellow TDs to pass a bill that will see a referendum that could see abortion on demand up to 3 months.

The 31-yr-old Wicklow TD has made abortion on demand up to 3 months his absolute priority of late, it’s almost like he doesn’t realise there’s a major hospital waiting list crisis with over 600 people languishing on trolleys around the country again today.

Harris is conducting a debate in the Dail today on his proposed abortion bill which aims at legalising abortion on demand without restriction up to 3 months.

There’ll likely be a referendum on the Eighth Amendment by the end of May or early June.

The Eighth Amendment currently protects the unborn Irish baby from abortion.
