“My son is fighting for his life” – Grandfather in shock as 8-month old baby gets a broken leg from being shot in traveller-feud




A 29-yr-old woman, her 8-month old daughter and her 17-yr-old brother were all shot today in an incident which happened at 12:30pm today in Parslickstown Green in Mulhuddart, West Dublin.

The grandfather of two of the victims, Arthur Collins spoke to RTE News claiming that the incident is the result of a boy and girl running off together – no further details were given.

He said that his son is fighting for his life in Blanchardstown Hospital and that it’s wrong, wrong, wrong, it’s wrong.

He exclaimed that a baby was shot today, what next? It’s wrong no matter what.

It’s understood that all three victims were decorating the Christmas tree at the time of the attack and that thankfully they’re conditions are not life threatening.

However, it’s understood that the baby has a broken leg from the attack.
