Although it is not technically considered a planet anymore Pluto has been the subject of exploration by a NASA spacecraft recently.
The U.S. space agency released amazing new high-resolution images of the surface of the dwarf planet recently. The high resolution images were captured by the Space agencies New Horizons spacecraft, which flew past Pluto this July.
The images show Pluto’s numerous geographical features, including mountains, sand dunes and canyons, the images, were reportedly captured on 14 July.
