Ireland’s own weather reporter and viral sensation Theresa Mannion has won an award for her brilliant “unnecessary journeys” report in early December.
Mannion has received an award for her dedication and commitment to news broadcasting during Storm Desmond.
The journalist has been given the “Above and Beyond” prize at ‘Ireland’s Best Work Places Awards’ here in the city following her winter storm report in early December going viral.
