Turn that racket down! A 75-yr-old German man has been fined €100 in his home town of Hennef, Germany after his neighbours kept complaining he was watching porn with the volume turned up full blast.
A couple in their mid-sixties living next door claimed they had been so put off by the sexual noises from next door, they could no longer watch their favourite series in the afternoon and took the man to court to get him to turn it down.
Judge Peter Buellesfeld is said to have managed to reach a settlement between the neighbours and the man, ordering the man to pay 100 euro to his neighbours.
The judge told the couple go out and have a nice dinner together.
