Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un has ordered his troops to prepare for war against the South. He has threatened military action of the South does not stop pumping propaganda into the north by using loudspeakers.

North Korea has given the South an ultimatum. The South was given 48 hours to dismantle the loudspeakers. The message, sent via military hotline, gave the South until 5pm on Saturday, Pyongyang time (9.30am in the UK). This means the ultimatum expires tomorrow.

Kim Jong-Un declared a “quasi-state of war”. Propaganda vans have been mobilised in Pyongyang to broadcast the news of the possible war looming. The two countries exchanged fire yesterday pushing tensions to the limit.

The South’s defence ministry dismissed the threat and said the broadcasts would continue.
