One person has been treated for smoke inhalation after a large fire broke out at a commercial premises on Castle St., Cork City, overnight.
It is understood the injured party was in an adjacent building at the time of the fire.
Half a dozen units of the Cork Fire Brigade attended the scene and brought the fire under control just after 5am.
The fire started in the IT store itcentral.ie, and affected the premises on either side of it. Castle St. remains closed to traffic this morning.
