The cross-channel Eurotunnel has been closed due to heavy smoke billowing across the north tunnel.
It is not immediately clear what caused the smoke, but is thought a lorry may have caught fire inside the tunnel.
The incident comes at a time where security is heightened after the deadly Paris attacks, though this particular event does not seem to be terrorist-related.
