The fortunes of the well known Irish retailer are still on the rise, despite concerns about its UK sales after Brexit.
Fashionistas on a budget across Spain, France, and Italy are now able to avail of Penneys (which trades as ‘Primark’ outside Ireland) stuff, and dress to impress.
The retailer now has a very impressive 310 outlets in 11 countries, employing 60,000 staff worldwide. Last June, the company opened its third US store in Connecticut, with plans to open six additional outlets in the States in the near future.
With a very healthy revenue of over £5.3 billion, and £673 million in operating profits, Primark’s reaching for the stars.
