Police in the North have confirmed they have arrested a 20 year old woman after she stabbed three men during an incident in Belfast over the weekend.
It is understood the woman’s arrest comes after the three men suffered serious injuries during the attack which occurred in the York area of the city.
The PSNI say the arrest comes after the three men were taken to hospital with a number of stab wounds in the early hours of Sunday morning.
All victims are said to be in stable condition in hospital with one of the men receiving stab wounds to the neck and his head, whilst another received a stab wound to the stomach.
Police say an investigation into the attack is currently ongoing.
