Police in the UK have launched an investigation after a young teenager was the victim of an alleged sexually assault in Yorkshire.
The investigation comes after the 14 year old girl was sexually assaulted at a Tesco store in Clifton Moor, Yorkshire.
Although the attack has only been reported recently police investigating the allegation say it is part of wider investigation.
It is alleged the young girl was assaulted by an older teenage boy at the store in March.
Police investigating the incident say they are appealing for witnesses who may have been in the area at the time of the alleged attack to come forward and contact them.
