The scandal-ridden Irish branch of Amnesty International is refusing to obey the ruling by the Standards in Public Office (SIPO) which ordered it to return a donation of just over $150,000 (€137,000) to the Open Societies Foundation, which is run by multi-Billionaire George Soros.
