Last night we asked you whether you will vote yes or no to repealing the Eighth Amendment, the amendment that states an unborn baby has an equal right to life as its mother.
This was the biggest poll we’ve held. Over 8,500 of our readers took the poll with yes ending on 47.5% and no repeal winning on 52.5%.
A total of 4,097 people voted yes while almost 500 more voted to keep the Eighth Amendment with 4,526 voting no to repeal. The results are below:
