The consumer price index for November 2015 shows that consumer prices were 0.2% lower than November 2014.
The most notable reductions were seen in clothing and footwear, travel- due to lower diesel and petrol prices, furniture, household items and food and non-alcoholic drinks.
Despite this, education, goods and services, communications and restaurant and hotel prices all rose in the 12 month period.
