Publicans in Co Kerry have overwhelmingly backed a motion calling for the closure of the Dail bar.
According to Kfm Radio the motion was submitted by Killarney publican Sean O’Mahony, who has called for the immediate closure of the bar.
It is understood the motion which will be submitted before the Vintners’ Federation of Ireland’s National Congress in 2019, was highly supported by the Kerry Vintners Federation.
Vintners are calling for the bar closure as they believe the country’s leading politicians should not be carrying out their duties whilst under the influence of alcohol.
