Pure evil: Teenagers who laughed, recorded and posted a video of a disabled man drowning, have been charged for their involvement in his death

Police in Florida have charged a group of teenagers, who recorded the drowning of a disabled man last week, with “involvement” with his death.

The thugs did literally nothing to help as they laughed, taunted and even jeered the helpless man as he was flapping around in the water.

32-yr-old Jamel Dunn drowned in a pond on July 9. His body was recovered July 14, two days after his fiancee reported him missing. A friend of Jamel’s family came across the video on social media showing the animals recording the disabled man as he struggled to live.

The Liberal has located the video but will not show it as it’s too distressful for the man’s family. The teens can be heard laughing at Dunn as he screams for help.

“Get out the water, you gonna die,” yells one, while another yells, “ain’t nobody fixing to help you, you dumb (expletive).” As Dunn disappears under the water, one of the teens says, “Oh, he just died.”

Investigators say none of the teenagers, all aged between 14 and 16 years old, called 911 to report the man either in trouble or when he died but they have opened an investigation into the matter.

However legal teams say that the teens had “no obligation” to help the man.
