The newly appointed Government chief, whip Regina Doherty has a fight on her hands to prove that her failed IT business was liquidated in accordance with company law.
Doherty says she wants to clarify the situation because of what she claims are attempts to misrepresent the facts.
The Meath East TD said her company ‘Enhanced Solutions’ ceased trading in 2009 and the Government chief whip says the company was liquidated in 2011.goe
She has said this was done in an orderly fashion and in accordance with company law.
