Rescue teams have confirmed in the past few hours that the main part of wreckage of Coast Guard helicopter Rescue 116 has been located.
Reports say the team found the main part of the aircraft using underwater cameras, an discovered the aircraft around 60 metres off Blackrock Island.
It is believed the wreckage was found in the same area where the signal from the helicopter’s black box recorder was detected last week.
