Revenue officers seize ten dogs at Dublin Port

Revenue officers seized ten dogs, including a few puppies, after searching a van pulling a horsebox that had just disembarked from the Holyhead ferry at Dublin Port, earlier today.

The canines, mostly Pomeranian and Spaniel breeds, were in good health and are being looked after by the RSPCA.

Two Irish nationals, both aged in their 50s, were questioned in relation to the matter.
