Just over 46,000 medical scans have now been reviewed at Kerry University Hospital, after concerns were raised about the professional performance of a former employee at the facility.
A total of 26,750 patients were affected, and 272 were recalled for further scans or tests.
Out of these, 10 patients were identified to have had missed or delayed diagnoses of their conditions.
