Road carnage continues today, after a driver in his 60s sadly lost his life when his car collided with a lorry.
The incident happened on the N62 between Cloghan and Birr, Co. Offaly, shortly after 4pm today.
The truck driver did not sustain any injury.
The road is currenty closed to facilitate a technical examination.
