Rock star and controversial celebrity Marilyn Manson is still recovering in hospital this morning after a mishap during a gig on Saturday.
Manson who was performing at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York on Saturday night, suffered a great injury when a section of the stage scaffolding collapsed on him about an hour into his set.
The singer spent several minutes trapped before being freed. He was rushed to hospital, where his condition is unknown.
Manson is well known for his theatrical antics and tendency for the macabre while onstage.
His 10th studio album, Heaven Upside Down, is scheduled to be released soon.
