School children were subjected to drug addicts jacking up in the middle of the street just yards from their playground.
Terrifyingly, drug users was captured on film injecting themselves into their crotch area and becoming completely stoned in the middle of the morning.
The documentary raised concerns about how to the handle drug users with many claiming safe houses where people can use drugs openly could be the answer.
