For the past 72 hours Ms McCollum had been strongly rumoured to be the last female contestant to appear on the show – but alas it wasn’t to be.
The rumours that Michaella McCollum going into the Celebrity Big Brother house have resulted in producers seemingly changing their minds.
Instead of both Michaella McCollum and various other contestants being part of the 2018 household, the producers of Celebrity Big Brother decided to go with far more mainstream contestants.
Many social media users claimed they wouldn’t watch the show if Michaella McCollum was on the show and perhaps producers bent to the pressure and Michaella McCollum wasn’t one of the first contestants – whether they change their minds and invite the Irishwoman on the show or not remains to be seen.
