Budget airline Ryanair is facing a compensation bill of up to €30m as a result of the recent flight cancellation issue.
The company’s unexpected cancellation of up to 50 flights a day Europe-wide will disrupt the travel plans of at least 350,000, and most of these will likely be seeking compensation.
Ryanair has now published on its website an updated list of cancelled flights up to October 28.
Any passenger whose flight is cancelled by the airline is entitled to either an alternative flight or a full refund.
The PR disaster might cost Ryanair in the region of €30m.
