Ryanair flight forced to divert due to a passenger’s disruptive behavior on board

Ibiza-bound Ryanair flight FR1263 was forced to divert due to the disruptive and threatening behavior of a passenger on board.

54-year-old Julie Morris became irate shortly after the aircraft took off from Manchester Airport. She went on to launch a tirade of expletives and threaten an air hostess with physical violence, forcing the captain of the flight to return to the airport.

Morris, whom staff believed was intoxicated, was removed from the aircraft and led away for questioning.

She pleaded guilty to entering an aircraft in an intoxicated state and will be sentenced later this year.
