Budget airline Ryanair is adopting a tough stance against any pilots who participate in the upcoming industrial action, threatening to remove pay benefits and promotion opportunities from anyone who joins the picket line.
A group of Dublin-based pilots announced earlier today its decision to stage a one-day work stoppage on December 20, in a row over representation rights at the airline.
Soon after, Ryanair released a statement saying that they will ‘lose those agreed benefits which arise from dealing directly with Ryanair.’
The row continues.
