Ryanair’s woes deepen as Germany-based pilots vote to back industrial action

The woes of budget airline Ryanair appear to worsen today, after pilots based in Germany vote to back industrial action, according to RTE, amidst an ongoing row over pay and conditions.

It is understood that the vote in favor of strike passed with an overwhelming majority.

The airline now has until August 6 to put forward a ‘workable’ proposal and avert strike action.

Tens of thousands of people have already seen their holiday plans disrupted over recent strike action in Ireland and elsewhere.
