Same Sex Marriage: Confusion in referendum “May be contracted in law by two persons without distinction to their sex”

The wording for the up-coming gay marriage referendum has caused confusion and disarray in some LGBT groups this evening, stating that the wording is very confusing and difficult to understand.

Groups opposing same-sex marriage argue that a child needs both a father and a mother and this a very dominant position that is overlooking the “love” argument from the yes side.
