It’s going to be a HO-HO-HO all the way for Dublin’s north-inner city this Christmas, as the man who weaseled his way back into the Taoiseach’s office for a second term has been appointed to switch on the Christmas lights there in the ‘hood.
The area has been plagued by gangland-related criminality over the last few months, and Mr. Kenny has signaled his intention to reopen a local Garda station that has been closed for some time.
In the meantime, the Taoiseach will press the On button on the day, kickstarting the festivities for the crime-ridden area.
