The shameful scandal of people languishing on trolleys continues year on year, as the Government is unable or unwilling to do anything about it.
Yesterday morning, 236 individuals were suffering on trolleys across the country, waiting for a bed.
Compared with the same period last year, figures have actually increased by an astonishing 90 people, despite the HSE’s claims to be working on reducing overcrowding.
So far, nothing has been resolved.
