British Finance minister, George Osborne has said Britain will give Scotland more power over its own economy, tax and welfare system should they vote to remain in the United Kingdom on September 18th.
Recent polls have suggested that Scotland may well become a sovereign state, although many predict they’ll remain part of the U.K. because they receive some £5 billion in grants a year.
