Local authorities in New York are still searching for an Irish man who was reported missing after going for a late night swim with friends.
It is understood that a group of men went swimming in Long Beach at around 2am local time on Monday morning.
The group soon got into difficulties, and one man did not make it back ashore.
The missing man has been named as Neil Gibbons, who’s believed to be originally from Limerick.
