They may have been summoned to pay the Irish government €13bn in corporation tax, but Apple is in the news once again as the company are widely expected to unveil its next flagship handset the iPhone 7 next week.
It is rumoured the highly anticipated phone will make its first global appearence at an event taking place at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Wednesday, September 7.
The news comes as Apple sent out a number of invitations to technology critics and the words media earlier this week.
According to reports the teasing invite includes the message “See you on the 7th”, which has left many believing that Apple are referring to the “iPhone 7”, as well as the date.
I guess we will just have to wait and see!
