Seventeen fatalities confirmed in the wake of the HSE’s investigation into the cervical cancer scandal





The health service has revealed that at least 17 women involved in the cervical cancer scandal have died to date.

A further 162 women are agonizingly awaiting news about the review of their cases.

The HSE set up a ‘helpline’ to deal with queries, but many people found it impossible to get through.
