Hundreds of people were injured and several lost their lives following the collision of two trains in Germany.
The trains collided between Rosenheim and Holzkirchen in Germany at about 6am Irish time. It is believed that one of the trains derailed in the crash, causing a number of wagons to overturn.
The exact number of exact fatalities and injuries has yet to be confirmed. At least two people are believed to have been killed.
