A man is recovering from a traumatic event which took place over the week outside a barbershop in Tallaght, Dublin.
A man threw a bottle of acid over another man outside the Lad’s Lounge barbershop located in the Westpark Fitness Centre on the Greenhills Road in Tallaght on Saturday afternoon.
According to Dublin Live, gardai, including the armed unit, attended the scene. Emergency services treated the victim at the scene.
Allegedly a man wearing a wig entered the shop around 3pm and was thrown out for acting very peculiarly.
When he was taken out of the barbershop, the attacker allegedly pulled a knife and threw a bottle of acid at the man who had showed him to the door.
Gardai say no arrests have been made and that victim suffered minor injuries but sustained a very frightful experience.
