Shocking: Family devastated as Grandad is buried into the WRONG grave

Grieving relatives have been left stunned after their grandad was lowered into the wrong grave at Glasnevin Cemetery in Dublin.

According to the Sun ,an investigation is underway into how the shocking blunder occurred.

The mistake was only noticed after the mourners had left the graveyard. The family then had to return while their grandad was buried into his own plot, alongside his late wife.

The family described the ordeal as traumatising.

Glasnevin Cemetery are aware of the error and are assessing the circumstances.
